Refunds & Cancellations
At Doko, all products are made to order — printed just for you.
Because of this:
– We do not offer refunds.
– Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
However, if the item you receive is damaged or incorrect based on your order,
we’re happy to offer a replacement.
Please note:
We do not offer replacements for incorrect size selection by the customer.
Kindly refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
To request a replacement:
Contact us at doko.tamang27@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo and order details.
If approved:
Replacements are processed and shipped within 7–10 working days.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and printed within 2–4 working days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We currently ship across India (PAN India).
Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped, directly from our delivery partner.
