Product & Pricing
- All products are made to order — printed only after your order is confirmed.
- Prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to update product details, prices, and availability at any time.
Orders
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited.
- Please review your shipping info and size selection carefully before confirming your order.

Payments
- Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners.
- We do not store or have access to your card or banking information.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are printed and processed within 2–4 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
- We currently ship only within India.
Refunds & Replacements
- We do not offer refunds.
- Replacements are offered only if the product received is damaged or incorrect as per your original order.
- We do not offer replacements for incorrect size selection.
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof to be eligible.
- If approved, replacements are processed and shipped within 7–10 working days.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, text, and content on this website belong to Doko and are protected under copyright laws.
- You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Community Conduct
We’re building a respectful space. Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior directed at our team or community will not be tolerated.
